MAXXIS tires Highroller II+ 27.5+ | 650B+ x 3.00 3C MaxxTerra TR EXO
The bike park can come…
With the further developed version of the classic, Maxxis has succeeded in further improving the successful model.
The Highroller II+ has a more aggressive profile that has been designed to be more open to optimize self-cleaning and traction under braking. Because it always offers enough grip in a wide variety of track conditions, it is the first choice for freeride and downhill with its large-volume carcass!
New shoulder lugs bite better in curves with their many edges. The lugs, which are slanted in the center of the profile, are additionally cut across to improve traction and braking.
EXO Protection
This extremely cut and abrasion resistant material protects the sidewall of various MTB tires. It is very tightly woven, light and flexible. As a result, the performance of the tires remains convincingly good.
3C MaxxTerra
The right 3C compound for our enduro and freeride tires. Ease of movement uphill and the best grip downhill characterize this mixture as well as a long service life.
Tubeless Ready (TR)
tube tires have many advantages: You can drive with less air pressure. This gives better traction and reduces rolling resistance. And where there is no inner tube , the risk of a puncture is also reduced. MAXXIS TR tires are better prepared for mounting with sealant than other “tubeless ready” tires. The bead of the TR tires is completely covered with a rubber layer like a real UST tubeless tube . This means that tube can be installed on all rims with standard dimensions the first time they are pumped up and with little liquid. “Normal” MAXXIS MTB tires can also be mounted tubeless with sealant like tires from other manufacturers, as the carcass fabric is very dense.
However, only the new MAXXIS TR models are officially approved for tubeless assembly and guaranteed by MAXXIS. The tubeless assembly of other models is at your own risk.
Note: We strongly advise against the use of sealant containing ammonia. Ammonia has been shown to attack the carcass and, depending on the amount used, can weaken it by up to 30% after just a few months.
